Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak it is with much sadness and a heavy heart that Rockstar Climbing is temporarily closed from Wednesday 18 March until further notice.
We are keeping a very close eye on the current lockdown and will reopen again as soon as the Government allow us to do so, please stay tuned!
What does this mean for course bookings and scheduled sessions?
If you have a booking with us that can't currently take place due to the lockdown then rest assured your booking will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity, you will not lose out or lose money!
Please contact us via email at hello[at]rockstarclimbing.co.uk and we will be most happy to discuss our plan for rescheduling your booking as soon as we can and with the highest priority. Please note, however, that due to our closure we are unable to process refunds at this time. We do ask that you're patient with us whilst we weather this storm and rest assured that your bookings will remain safe with us.
What happens if I have a (pay-monthly EFT) climbing pass?
Customers who are on our pay-monthly EFT scheme will have their accounts frozen automatically meaning no further payments will be taken from 1st April 2020 until such time as we reopen. Customers on our pre-paid passes will have their passes extended by the amount of time we end up being closed for.

We are currently operating a very limited team during the lockdown. If you have sent us an email or a Facebook message please bare with us as it may take us longer than usual to respond, but we will respond to all messages.
What's going to happen to Rockstar?
This is unquestionably going to be the toughest period in our 4 years of being open. The second we close our doors we will have no income, but our outgoings will remain. We have such an amazing community here and to see it all being put at risk is incredibly hard to get to grips with, our staff and our climbers are our family.
We are asking for your support as much as you're able by keeping your memberships in place, allowing us to reschedule courses, sessions and parties with you and for thinking of us as we weather this storm. We then promise that when we return you will have new centre updates, new blocs and routes, and we will have even more determination to make Rockstar the best place to climb, bar none!
We've been asked by many of our community already what they can do to help. If you have a pay-monthly EFT climbing pass and you are happy for us to continue to bill your card then this would be massive for us as this will help us to support our amazing staff through a very difficult time. We understand that this is a huge ask but if any of our customers are in that position to help it would be incredible!
