Step 1

Please RSVP to your Party Host

If you would like to take part in your friend’s Fun Walls Party, please ensure you tell your Party Host you would like to come. They should have left contact details on your Invitation.

Step 2

Please complete your Participation Agreement

Anyone who is intending to climb in our Fun Walls Arena must complete our Participation Agreement. It only takes 5 minutes, but without one you won’t be allowed to take part, so let’s get it done now!

Step 3

Special requirements

Please let your Party Host know if you have any food allergies or medical needs. It is very important they know about these as soon as possible so they can ensure everyone is happy. They will also notify us if needed. Please check your party invitation for your Host’s contact details.

Useful Party Information

  • It is very important that all Fun Walls participants arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the party. This allows our team time to verify all Participation Agreements are in place and everyone is ready to receive the important safety briefing. If you arrive late then it means everyone in the party starts their session late and as a result participants may not receive the maximum time in the Fun Walls Arena. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may not be permitted to join the session. If you think you may arrive late it is important you let your Party Host know as soon as possible.

  • Clothing that is normally used for sports is generally good, such as tracksuit bottoms or leggings, t-shirts and trainers or daps. We recommend avoiding clothing like jeans, skirts/dresses, hoodies, football shorts or any non-sporty shoes. We also require that footwear is clean and free from dirt and mud and also strongly recommend that jewellery and watches are removed before the session.

  • All parents are invited to stay and watch from our viewing mezzanine upstairs in our Crux Café. Hot drinks and food are available in our cafe and we also have sockets and WiFi for any parent who wishes to work. The viewing mezzanine is also a great place to take photos from too as it overlooks the whole Fun Walls Arena.

  • As a rule, parents are not permitted inside the Arena unless they are booked in as a participant. However, under certain circumstances we may permit a parent to be inside the arena to assist their child during the session. This must be prearranged and agreed by Rockstar at least 48 hours before the session and any parent must have completed our Participation Agreement beforehand. If you think you may wish to accompany your child in the Fun Walls Arena please contact us at least 48 hours beforehand to discuss this so we can plan safety accordingly. Parents requesting this on the day won’t be allowed to enter the Arena.
