Rockstar Climbing has always been about creating the best possible climbing experience. Over the last year we've been exploring how we can create an even better environment for our climbing community; rather than operating across two bouldering sites, we'll be concentrating our focus into one bigger, better, bouldering facility.

To make these plans possible, and after a great deal of consideration, we've made the difficult decision to close Unit 3 Bouldering at the end of July. While this marks the end of an era, bringing everything together into one site allows us to invest more into the bouldering experience than would ever be possible while operating across two separate bouldering facilities. Don’t worry, the rope wall in Unit 5 is going nowhere!

Soon we'll be completely transforming the training facilities at Techno. You'll have access to a dedicated gym area with more weights, more machines and a wider range of equipment. We're also completely reimagining the training area itself - and it won't just be for experienced climbers. This new space is being designed so climbers of every ability can benefit.

Over the years, Unit 3 has been a hub where climbers have come together. Many of us learnt to climb there, met lifelong friends there, and watched our community grow within those walls. It seems only fitting that we give it one hell of a send-off on Friday 31st July.

Join us from 17:00 to celebrate everything Unit 3 has meant to our community, share some amazing stories, and get on one final incredible Comp Wall set.

While saying goodbye to Unit 3 won't be easy, we're incredibly excited about what's next. We genuinely believe these changes will create the best Rockstar Climbing experience we've ever offered, and we can't wait to share it with all of you.

On Saturday 4th July we're hosting our Summer Bouldering Competition, with fresh competition problems, a fantastic atmosphere and climbers of all abilities taking part.
