What you need to know about bookings at Rockstar Climbing

Booking Terms & Conditions

By making a booking at Rockstar Climbing, either by phone, online, via email or at the Centre, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the below terms and conditions.

A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been made. Payment can be made by telephone, in person at the Centre or in most instances online with either a credit or debit card. Payments by cheque or bank transfer is only accepted with prior agreement by Rockstar Climbing Limited.

A minimum number of participants per session is set and this number varies depending on the activity. If you would like to know the minimum and maximum number for participation in any particular session please contact us at the Centre. Rockstar Climbing Limited reserves the right to change bookings if the minimum participation level hasn't been reached for that session. In those instances customers will be contacted to discuss alternative dates or times.

Rockstar Climbing will confirm all bookings either by phone or email. 

In the case of Birthday Parties and setting up and taking down of equipment or decorations must be completed with the allotted party time. Parents/Guardians must inform the Centre of any medical conditions relating to their child that we should be aware of. If we are to provide food for the party then we must also be made aware of any food allergies at the point of booking or a minimum of 7 days in advance of the party date. Please be aware that for nut allergies, whilst we will do our best to check ingredients, we are not a nut-free environment and therefore cannot guarantee nut-free menus.

Anyone who is intending to climb as part of a session must have checked in at our Front Desk before the event. If the participant is under 18 years of age then they must provide a Parental Consent Form (available from the Centre) signed by a parent or legal guardian. In the case of Birthday Parties any child who does not have a signed consent form on the day cannot be permitted to take part in the activities at the Centre. 

All participants should wear suitable clothing for the activity they are booked into. Please contact the Centre if you require advice on appropriate clothing.

For all sessions please arrive 10 minutes before your session is due to start. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may not be permitted to join.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or requests for date changes must be received by email at least 14 days in advance of the session. Inside 14 days requests for date changes are at the discretion of Rockstar Climbing Limited only. Please be aware that missed sessions will not be rearranged or refunded.

Sessions cancelled in advance of 14 days before the session may be refunded if requested, however, please note that a refund charge of £5.00 per participant will be taken to cover our refund fees. Less than 14 days notice and sessions cannot be refunded. Please note, however, that deposits for Birthday Parties or Group sessions are non-refundable once made. 

If for any reason an outstanding balance from a booked session remains after a session has taken place the bookee must settle their outstanding balance within 24 hours of the event having taken place. Rockstar Climbing Limited reserves the right to take a remaining balance payment against a booking credit/debit card in the event that payment remains outstanding after 72 hours and we have made every attempt to reach the bookee to request payment.
